You can delete your account and your data at any time. This action is final.
From the app (the fastest way)
- Open Settings › Privacy and data.
- If you wish, first choose “Download my data” to keep a copy.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to celestinfinite@gmail.com from your account's email address, stating “Account deletion”. We process the request within one month at most. We then delete your account, your data and your photos.
What is erased
Your account, your preferences, your saved Guidances, your reflections, your feelings, your nights, your photos, the subscriptions linked to the account, the usage measurements linked to your account and the messages you sent us from your account. We cannot recover this data after deletion.
Good to know
- A Google Play (or App Store) subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in the store to stop being billed.
- Some information may be kept if the law requires it, for example receipts linked to a purchase. Usage measurements and messages collected without an account cannot be linked to you: they are deleted automatically after 6 months.
