Cœur de l'Univers is an app for guidance, relaxation and support for your nights. This page explains which data it uses, why, and how you stay in control of it.
The publisher of the Cœur de l'Univers (CELEST) app is the data controller. Contact for any question about your data: celestinfinite@gmail.com.
The free version shows ads (Google AdMob). To do this, Google may receive your phone's advertising identifier, your IP address (which can be used to estimate a general location, not your precise location) and technical usage data. You can manage your choices in the app, under “Privacy preferences”, and reset or delete the advertising identifier in your phone settings. The 7-day trial and the Premium subscription show no ads.
The app's data is hosted by Supabase, in the European Union (Ireland region). Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; advertising goes through Google services. These providers have their own privacy policies. Messages from the contact form go through an email delivery service (Resend), which passes them on to our receiving address and does not use them for its own purposes.
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, it is erased (see the “Account deletion” page), except for items we are legally required to keep, for example purchase receipts.
Usage measurements and messages sent with the contact form are kept for 6 months, then deleted automatically. Those linked to an account are also deleted with that account. Measurements collected without signing in are not linked to any account. Casket photos are never kept beyond your account.
You can at any time access your data, correct it, download it, object to certain uses, and ask for its deletion or for the processing to be restricted.
The coeurdelunivers.com website sets no advertising cookies and uses no tracking tool. It is hosted by Netlify. The presentation videos are loaded from our Supabase servers: as on any website, your IP address is then technically visible to these hosts, without us using it to identify you.
If you click a link to Instagram, you leave this site: Instagram's policy applies.
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page; in case of a significant change, we will tell you in the app.
