Terms of use

1. The service

Cœur de l'Univers is a mobile app for guidance, relaxation and support for your nights: messages, atmospheres, music, rituals and a personal space (the Casket) to keep your memories, feelings and dreams.

2. A well-being tool, not medical advice

The content is offered for inspiration and well-being. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment or psychological care, and never replaces a health professional. In case of distress or emergency, contact the emergency services or a professional.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for the accuracy of your account information.
• An account is personal. You can delete it at any time from the app.
• We may suspend an account in case of abusive use or use that breaches these terms.

4. Plans: free, trial and Premium

• When you first open the app, you get 7 days of full access, with no ads and no bank card.
• After that, the app remains usable for free, with ads, or you can choose Premium (no ads).
• Premium is a subscription sold by Google Play (or the App Store), which renews automatically until cancelled. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase prevails.
• You can cancel at any time in your Google Play (or App Store) account: Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your Cœur de l'Univers account does not cancel the subscription: it must be cancelled separately.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own rules, and by law where it applies.

5. Your content

What you write or add to your Casket belongs to you and stays private. You only authorise us to store it and display it for you, so that the app can work. You can download or erase it at any time.

6. Our content

The texts, Guidances, images, videos, music, logos and the name “Cœur de l'Univers” are protected. You may use them for your personal use in the app. Any copying, distribution or commercial reuse requires our written consent.

Some content is created with the help of artificial intelligence tools; we say so when relevant.

7. Proper use

You agree not to disrupt the service, try to access other people's data, bypass the app's limits or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the app available and reliable, without being able to guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app's content. Your consumer rights remain intact.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms, in particular if the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; in case of a significant change, we will tell you in the app.

10. Governing law and contact
